Refunds aren't available due to the nature of our products.

Item exchanges

For size exchanges of downloadable patterns, we will allow a one-time exchange to a different size of the same product upon request.
This is limited to one exchange within two weeks of purchase.
Size changes are limited to within two sizes up or down.
Please refrain from requesting a size change for a different dog.

Note: Size exchanges are not available for sets.
