Founded in 2009 as a specialty store for dog clothing patterns, Milla Milla has dedicated years to studying
the body shapes of various dog breeds and creating carefully crafted, form-fitting patterns.
We also strive to make the sewing process as simple as possible, allowing you to try your hand at a variety
of designs.
Additionally, most of Milla Milla's patterns are available for commercial use (with some exceptions),
meaning you can even sell your handmade dog clothes on online shops and other platforms.

Many people use Milla Milla patterns to sell their original handmade dog clothing. Graduates of the Dog Wear Creator® course offered by the Japan petwear handmade association receive brand tags as proof of their skills, supporting their journey in selling handmade creations.

The neckline, armholes,
and hem are finished with knit tape!
The free tank top consists of just two parts: the front and back pieces. Simply sew the sides and
shoulders together, and you'll already have the basic shape. That's why...

You can make knit tape using the same fabric as the body, but using store-bought tape makes it much
easier!

The trial tank top pattern is based on the "3D Revolution®" prototype, a patented Japanese technology designed for a perfect three-dimensional fit that moves with your dog. Since June 2023, all Milla Milla dog clothing patterns feature this innovation. Even if you've used our patterns before, we highly recommend trying it!

Check it! ▶▶The prototype varies depending on the item.
Currently, Milla Milla's dog clothing patterns include both those based on the "3D Revolution" prototype
and traditional patterns. Depending on the design, patterns derived from different prototypes can result
in a different fit, even in the same size. Additionally, size ranges vary between the "3D Revolution®" and
traditional products.
As of June 2023, we've compiled a list of products indicating which prototype each uses. On individual
product pages, items utilizing the "3D Revolution" prototype are marked with a logo, so be sure to check
when selecting the right size.

* From June 2023 onward, dog clothing patterns will primarily use the "3D Revolution" prototype.
Additionally, if a new product with a similar design to an item using the traditional prototype is released,
the traditional item may be discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.
* For items (clothing) not listed above, the basic tank top and T-shirt serve as the prototype.

If you’ve already decided on the item you want to make, use the free pattern corresponding to its prototype to check the sizing. Of course, you’re welcome to try making both! The two free patterns differ in shape and sewing method, so choose the one that suits your preference.
